Join us for an evening to celebrate library joy with Reading Rainbow host, social media sensation, and debut author Mychal Threets and illustrator Lorraine Nam as they discuss their picture book I’M SO HAPPY YOU’RE HERE: A Celebration of Library Joy.
Moderated by award-winning and bestselling author Jacqueline Woodson, Threets and Nam will share the book’s origin story, their process, being a “library kid” and the wonder that visiting the library for the first time can bring. A signing will follow the discussion.
